Description

Liguori pasta, crafted by one of Italy’s oldest pasta producers since 1795, embodies the rich culinary heritage of Gragnano. Made exclusively from 100% Italian durum wheat and pure spring water from the Lattari Mountains, it undergoes a meticulous process involving bronze extrusion and slow drying at low temperatures. This traditional method, known as the Liguori Method, ensures a firm, al dente texture and a porous surface ideal for holding sauces. Certified with the Protected Geographical Indication (PGI), Liguori pasta guarantees authenticity and a deep connection to its regional origins.

LINGUINE is a long, thin, flat-shaped pasta noodle, resembling a thinner, narrower version of fettuccine. It's characterized by its elliptical cross-section, not perfectly flat, and is wider than spaghetti. The name "linguine" translates to "little tongues" in Italian, a reference to its shape.
